Testimonials from spring break training

“In general the confidence that XXX walked away with from the training for me was more important than the specific drills. The positive coaching, hard work and feedback was what made it worth it to us.”

“Everything over the four days of training was awesome! I learned, I got stronger. It’s just what I needed to recharge and refocus from a hard and difficult season.”

“The environment was super positive, fun, but intense and instructional, all at the same time. Exactly what she needed! Flow was awesome and super organized. Drills were varied and new. Coaching was always positive and fun. Great job grouping the girls according to ability. Great camp - highly recommend and will send her again!”

“Optional days are awesome - Registration was easy - Drills and skills were great and the speed or flow/coaching was fast when needed and time to cover the coaching points when needed.”,
