Through LM Lax Training, I offer one on one coaching, group coaching for organizations, and coaches clinics in the Los Angeles, CA area. It's important to me to always give back to the game that has given me so much. Working at WINNERS has showed me how this sport can help the lives of so many, and that too many kids still don't even know what the sport is. A percentage of my earnings will be donated to WINNERS Lacrosse.

One on One Field Player Training
Although goalie was my position on the field, I've played the sport since I was five years-old. Now as a high school coach at Westlake High School (Westlake Village, CA) and a college lacrosse analyst, I know the skills it takes to get to the next level. Offense, defense, strength, speed, or quickness. Whatever area you need help with, I can make it happen. I'm a certified personal trainer and certified nutrition specialist. I emphasize the importance of the ignored aspects to improving performance like sleep, hydration, and nutrition. Email me now to hear more or schedule the first session at email@example.com.
One on One Goalie Training
Through one hour individual sessions, I can help take your game to the next level whether you're a newbie or a vet. Together we can work on technique, mental training, quickness, agility, speed, whatever you need I'm here. Although we'll be training in one hour time slots, that's not the only time I will dedicate to being your coach. I come out to games when able and watch any film you send. The trend I've noticed is that it's very easy to work on different skills one on one. Where you see true tendencies and habits and where players want to improve the most is game time. Through watching games, I can better develop a plan for you to play at your best. I am also always accessible to each player I coach through a call or text. Need a pump up before a big game? Need to talk out a play at practice? Had a bad game? I'm there. There's no one that understands what your daughter is experiencing than me, I will tell you that hands down. I've been through it all. I'm here to be a coach and mentor and guide your daughter to a path of success. Email me now to hear more or schedule the first session at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Don't live anywhere near California, but would like my feedback on your game or practice film? Let me know, I can watch you play and together we can determine a course of action for how you can improve your play. You'll have access to my cell, and there will be weekly check-ins to see how your skills are progressing. Think of me as your goalie coach in your pocket. Shoot me an email at email@example.com and we can make it happen! Tip for high schoolers: this is a great way to increase your skillset. See what's going wrong, and once you identify it I'm here to help with drills and ways to help the areas you need to work on!
Are you involved with a club or organization and want to have a more formalized training program? Maybe you'd like me to do a clinic around a certain skillset. Reach out to me at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll make it happen!
We all know despite many clubs having goalie coaches there's not enough of them to get to every goalie before their games come tournament time! This leaves many coaches with their goalie and no idea how to get them really ready for the game. What usually ends up happening is a player is sent down, stands either at the 8m or 5 feet away from the goalie and either shoots too hard or too soft. Point is, all coaches should know not only how to warm their goalie up but the ins and outs of what goes into the position. If your goalie is having a rough time, how to get them to play at their best. If low shots keep going in, know what they need to do to be better. No one is expecting every coach to be an expert, but there are many tips and tricks that could help! Think your organization could benefit? Shoot me an email now at email@example.com.
